8 tips to take care of your bathroom mirror
The characteristics of the bathroom are damp. In addition to requiring the bathroom to have a good moisture-proof effect, it also requires our correct maintenance ability to make the furniture durable.
[1] Do not touch or wipe the mirror surface with wet hands or wet cloth, so as to avoid the mirror surface getting wet, which will cause the optical layer of the mirror surface to deteriorate and turn black.
[2] The mirror should not be in contact with acid, alkali and grease, which will easily corrode the mirror.
[3] Wipe the mirror with a soft dry cloth, prevent the use of bristles to avoid scratches on the mirror.
[4] The frame should be cleaned with a soft cotton cloth or cotton, which will protect the frame for longer use.
[5] Before bathing, apply soap to the bathroom mirror surface and wipe with a dry cloth. A soapy liquid film can be formed on the mirror surface, which can prevent the mirror surface from blurring. This is an old-fashioned bathroom mirror. Now smart bathroom mirrors have anti-fog functions, which are more convenient and concise.
[6] Mirror glass generally needs to be cut before use. Water vapor can easily enter the mirror surface from the cutting surface, corrode the mirror surface, and cause mildew.
[7] Dip an appropriate amount of cleaner with a dry rag and spread it evenly on the mirror surface. The active ingredients contained in the cleaner can effectively prevent water vapor from condensing on the bathroom mirror surface, and can play a very good anti-fog effect. It is very good for bathroom mirrors with monthly anti-fog function.
[8] Wipe the bathroom mirror with absorbent paper and it works very well. In addition, there are anti-fog lenses on the market, mainly coated anti-fog lenses and electrothermal anti-fog lenses. The former prevents the fog layer from passing through the coating pores; the latter is electric heating to increase the humidity of the mirror, so the fog evaporates quickly and does not form a fog layer.
